Rulers who choose the Scholarship focus Scholarship focus.png 获得+3的学习效果，并增加发生事件的概率，使得 technology research points. They can also invest in building an observatory for traits and additional tech points.

Build an observatory

花费50金币，拥有学术专注的统治者可以拿到一个 decision to build an observatory Decision icon build observatory.png.这一生只能完成一次，且必须不被接受 Incapable.png, and not already a Mystic.png or Scholar.png.

  • 20% Stressed.png
  • +130 cultural tech points

Ambition events

Observatory strategies

Technology event strategies

Have your spymaster and lord spiritual studying technology.

For the "Jewish councilor" bonuses:

  • Educate promising children as Jewish
