Monks and Mystics (M&M) is the 11th major expansion for Crusader Kings II. It was announced on 2016-12-02^[1] and released on the 7th of March 2017.

Description

Societies

Societies 代表志同道合、为个人和共同利益而合作的群体。^[2]:

• 4th councillor jobs^[6]:
  • - Perform Statecraft: increases threat 衰减速度，并能触发事件，改善与随机附庸、邻国或封建国的关系。
  • - Organize the Army: lowers the upkeep cost of retinue （或群体），并且可以触发事件来训练现有或发现新事件 commander
  • - Administer Realm: increases the speed of cultural conversion 在领地省份中，并且可以触发事件，为任何省份增加经济加成。
  • - Sabotage目标省份会受到伤害，获得动乱，甚至可能更容易围攻。
  • - Hunt Heretics: hunts for members of secret societies.

Patch features

Secret cults

几乎所有主要（非异端）宗教都有相应的“秘密邪教”，即那些虚假宣称信仰某一宗教，实际上却属于另一个宗教的信徒组成。^[10]

• 成员们会获得任务和能力，以激发王国中其他角色以及县民对其真实宗教的同情
• 在最高等级中，统治者可以公开皈依宗教并皈依。只要有充分的基础，极其强大的宗教起义是可以发动的。

注意：只有当宗教已经改革后，你才能作为异教徒组建秘密教派。

Quality of life changes

Intrigue screen^[11]:

• 新的决策菜单，一次显示6个决策，而不是之前的4个。
• 能够将决策标记为重要或不重要，从而触发警报
• New tab My Plots，清楚地显示了每个支持图的目标是谁
• New buttons in Known Plots tab，用来请求策划者结束他们的阴谋，并请求加入阴谋
• 现在事件改进了，可以显示被邀请加入时的目标，或者当策划者试图杀死你的间谍头目但失败时，可以选择隐藏阴谋。

Other changes^[12]:

• 战斗指示显示，只要有单位进入一个省份（或两个单位，如果进入同一省份）就会引发战斗。
• Garrison tooltip showing levy, and the garrison+levy numbers
• "Embark All" button for when having multiple units selected
• Game rules 类别和四个存档槽，允许使用不同的预设规则。
• Character finder 重置过滤器，配置预设，按外交距离过滤，加入你的宫廷过滤
• Councilor selection screen with voting pattern indicators

Most hideous offenders on the map have been fixed^[13], in particular:

• Ural mountains
• Lake Baikal
• The Ganges river
• Kingdom of Cumania de jure changes

Misc

• Treasury system 将角色的物品视为物理物品，允许物品可继承和可窃取。一些活动中已有的角色修正器会被转化为物品，比如+1斧头、圣人骨头，或用对手头骨制成的奖杯。
